Roadside assistance in Dallas. Often faster than a tow.
Most calls we route are not actual tows, they are a dead battery, a flat tire, an empty tank, or a locked key. A short roadside call gets you back on the road and usually saves the full tow fee. Roadside assistance runs across the Dallas metro, including Uptown, Oak Lawn, Oak Cliff, Irving, Garland, Richardson, and every neighborhood in between. The operators we send carry jump packs, spare tires, fuel cans, and lockout tools.

What do Dallas drivers ask about Roadside Help?
Do you provide roadside assistance in Oak Cliff, Irving, and other Dallas neighborhoods?
Yes. Quick Tow Dallas covers the entire Dallas metro for roadside assistance, including Downtown, Uptown, Oak Lawn, East Dallas, Oak Cliff, Garland, Richardson, Irving, Plano, Frisco, and Carrollton. Call (469) 902-4411 for an arrival estimate from the operator taking the job.
Will a jump start fix my car?
If the battery is the only issue, yes, usually you can drive away after a few minutes of idle. If the alternator is bad or the battery will not hold a charge, the driver will tow you to a shop. The crew diagnoses before recommending, you get honesty, not a sales pitch for the tow.
Can you change a tire on the freeway?
Yes. But if the flat is on the traffic side of the vehicle on an active freeway, the safer move is a short tow off the freeway to a safe lot where the driver swaps the tire. Freeway shoulders are dangerous for tire work.
How much fuel do you bring?
The truck brings a few gallons of gasoline or diesel, enough to get you to the nearest station. Tanks do not get filled at roadside, for pricing and safety reasons. You pay the service call plus the fuel itself.
What if I need a tow after the roadside call?
If the roadside work does not solve it, a tow can be dispatched from the same call. Ask the dispatcher how the combined call is priced.
